#2021picoftheweek – See That?

A crack runs horizontally through the mottled-gray-and-black sidewalk. The crack itself is darkened with wetness and moves slightly up the photo from left to right. In the right two-thirds of the crack, two large flowers, one medium flower, and one tiny flower are growing, all with yellow multi-pointed centers, around 8-15 white narrow petals, and a mass of intertwined green stems.

Prompt: See That?

On a walk a few days ago, I spotted something that I wasn't sure even happened in real life—flowers growing out of a crack in the sidewalk! And pretty flowers too—quite prettier than the sidewalk, of course. I only hope no one stepped on them later!
