#2021picoftheweek – Small Creatures

Prompt: Small Creatures

I put my own spin on the Small Creatures prompt for today (although my bonus photo, which is from a while back, is maybe more appropriate for the prompt). This photo of a glossy blue slide at my neighborhood park reminds me of perhaps our favorite small creatures of all—kids! Although our park was deserted when I stopped by, the playground's bright colors bring plenty of childlike energy anyway!

    Yes. it works, even without the actual small creatures running around in the shot. But you know that's what they'll do. (Kids happen to be some of my favorite small creatures, too!)
